Taranjeet Singh

Taranjeet Singh is the co-founder and CEO of Mem0, an artificial intelligence infrastructure company based in San Francisco, California. Under his leadership, the Y Combinator-backed startup has raised a total of $24 million in funding, including a $20 million Series A, to develop memory layer systems for large language models. Previously, Singh worked as a software engineer at Paytm and Gradeup, an educational technology platform later acquired by Byju's. He subsequently served as the first growth engineer and a senior product manager at Khatabook. As a serial entrepreneur who has founded six companies, he previously built an AI application store that scaled to over one million users and developed open-source projects accumulating more than 24,000 GitHub stars. His current focus centers on building open-source developer tools and scalable memory infrastructure for modern enterprise AI applications.
