Tatiana Gaspar

Tatiana Gaspar is currently a Director at Next Coast Legacy, where she invests alongside entrepreneurs acquiring small and middle-market businesses to operate as chief executive officers. Previously, she spent six years as a Vice President at Goldman Sachs on the Management and Strategy team of the Private Bank. In this capacity, she served as the right-hand to the Chief Operating Officer and led the development of the firm's digital banking platform for high-net-worth individuals. Before transitioning to her current focus on search funds, Gaspar worked as an Associate at Next Coast Ventures, a venture capital firm managing over $265 million that recently backed startups including WorkWeek and Somite. Today, her professional focus centers on partnering with search fund operators from the initial acquisition phase through long-term value creation across the financial technology, healthcare, and software sectors.
