Tatiana Shalalvand

Tatiana Shalalvand is an Investor leading the early-stage strategy at Kinnevik, based in Stockholm, Sweden. She joined the prominent investment firm in 2022 after spending four years focusing on pre-seed and seed-stage businesses across the Nordic region at the venture capital fund Inventure. In her current investment capacity, she actively serves as a board member for several growing portfolio companies, including the agricultural technology firm Agreena, the clean energy company Aira, and the medical technology startup Tandem Health. Before transitioning into the venture capital industry, she initially began her professional career working as a corporate crisis management consultant. Following her consulting tenure, she held various commercial leadership roles at early-stage and scale-up technology companies. Her combined operational experience and institutional investment background currently drive her primary focus on financing ambitious Nordic founders building transformative enterprises.
