Tatyana Mamut is a Partner at FirstHand Alliance and the CEO and Co-Founder of Wayfound, based in San Francisco, California. Drawing on over 25 years of technology innovation experience, she co-founded Wayfound to develop AI agent management solutions and directs investments between $100,000 and $5 million into early-stage B2B autonomous AI companies through FirstHand Alliance. Mamut holds a PhD in economic anthropology and began her career as the first staff anthropologist at IDEO, where she led global product design projects for organizations including Visa, Genentech, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Her subsequent executive leadership career includes senior product and strategic roles at major enterprise technology firms such as Salesforce, Amazon Web Services, Nextdoor, and Pendo. She currently focuses on driving generative AI adoption, developing autonomous agentic software, and guiding enterprise culture transformation.
