Terell Sterling is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Go Paladin, an organization dedicated to supporting underrepresented founders in the technology and venture capital sectors. Before establishing his current venture, Sterling was associated with Operator Collective, where he developed his domain expertise in bridging the gap between marginalized entrepreneurs and early-stage investment opportunities. Through Go Paladin, he provides comprehensive programming for people of color, women, immigrants, and neurodiverse individuals, offering specialized services such as pitch reviews, investor relations facilitation, and mental health resources. His platform also delivers targeted educational content covering personal branding, career development, personal credit management, and emerging digital asset classes including cryptocurrency and non-fungible tokens. Sterling is currently focused on expanding his community network and developing a dedicated investment fund to directly finance early-stage technology startups led by historically excluded founders.
