Theo Wethered

Theo Wethered is a Principal at Nauta, a pan-European venture capital firm based in London managing over half a billion in assets across more than eighty backed portfolio companies. Managing the full investment lifecycle, he currently represents the fund on six portfolio company boards, including enterprise software startups like Zelt, Spotted Zebra, and Techspert. His thematic research and investments target early-stage business-to-business software, with a specific focus on generative artificial intelligence workflows, financial technology, and human resources applications. Prior to joining Nauta, he worked as an investor at Molten Ventures and gained valuable strategy and mergers and acquisitions experience within the Data and Analytics practice at LEK Consulting. His early career includes operational roles at startups such as Loop Horizon and SimPrints, following his graduation with a Natural Sciences degree from the University of Cambridge.
