Theodore Alling

Theodore Alling is the Co-founder and Partner at Dynamo Ventures, a supply chain and mobility venture capital firm based in Chattanooga, Tennessee. He previously served as the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Access America Transport, growing the logistics business to $500 million in revenue before its 2014 merger with Coyote Logistics, a UPS subsidiary that later sold for $1.8 billion. In 2010, Alling co-founded Lamp Post Group, a venture incubator that has invested $36 million into local startups. Through Dynamo Ventures, which manages $43 million in assets, he invests in pre-seed and seed-stage enterprise businesses and established the Dynamo Founders Camp in 2018. Beyond his corporate investments, he co-founded a local preparatory school in 2017 to support regional education. Alling's current focus centers on funding early-stage logistics technology and supply chain startups driven by strong execution.
