Theodoric Chew

Theodoric Chew is the Co-founder and CEO of Intellect, a mental health technology platform providing clinical services and proactive care to global workforces. Under his leadership, the company has scaled to serve over 3.7 million users across more than 100 countries, and it has secured over $30 million in funding from prominent investors including Y Combinator, Tiger Global, and Insignia Ventures. Prior to launching Intellect at age 23, Chew bypassed university to pursue entrepreneurship, successfully building and exiting his first startup within two years. He subsequently gained professional experience leading marketing initiatives at a growth-stage enterprise and working in venture capital before shifting his focus to digital wellness.
