Thérèse Lemarchand

Thérèse Lemarchand is a France-based entrepreneur and the Chief Executive Officer of Mainpaces, a specialized executive coaching firm that she officially launched in April 2021. Before establishing her current leadership development company, she founded Commeon, a participatory philanthropy and digital crowdfunding platform dedicated exclusively to the cultural sector. She successfully built the platform and sold the business to a communications and marketing group in 2019, subsequently managing the complex post-acquisition transition throughout 2020. Earlier in her professional career, Lemarchand spent six years working at the French multinational electric utility company EDF, where she developed her initial corporate expertise while simultaneously pursuing her interests in cultural entrepreneurship. Drawing on her early background as a dedicated competitive gymnast, her current professional focus centers on integrating physical training methodologies with traditional executive coaching to support modern corporate leaders.
