Theron McCollough

Theron McCollough is a Managing Director at Citizens Private Bank and the Founder and CEO of fiifi, based in New York. With over 15 years of experience in banking and venture capital, he previously held leadership roles at First Republic Bank and Silicon Valley Bank, where he oversaw more than 60 percent of the institution's global early-stage practice. McCollough also launched the Pivotal for Startups program during his tenure at Pivotal Software, a VMware company, and successfully sold his first entrepreneurial venture in 2010. In addition to his primary roles, he serves as a Limited Partner and advisor at Forum Ventures and operates as a Venture Partner for both Stage Fund and Coyote Ventures. His current focus centers on advising founders and funds on go-to-market strategy, scaling early-stage software companies, and navigating the broader venture ecosystem.
