Thiago Torres is the Co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer of Pipo Saúde, a digital health insurance broker platform based in São Paulo, Brazil. He established the healthtech enterprise alongside Chief Executive Officer Manoela Ribas Mitchell and Chief Technology Officer Vinicius Correa to modernize corporate health benefits management and employee wellness programs. Under his commercial leadership, the platform currently manages health insurance plans and specialized employee wellness services, such as in-company meditation, for more than 100,000 individuals across 160 corporate clients. The company's operational growth has been supported by early seed investment from the prominent venture capital firm Monashees, and Torres recently represented the organization as an executive speaker at Web Summit Rio in 2024.
