Thibaut Gimenez

Thibaut Gimenez is the Co-founder and Partner at Super Capital VC, an early stage venture capital firm. Joining the firm in 2020 alongside Corentin Orsini and Frédéric Baecke, he launched its venture capital activity and currently oversees special purpose vehicles and direct participations. Under his leadership, the firm executes more than fifty investments annually, contributing to the broader Super Capital group's volume of over one hundred deals and €40 million raised per year. Gimenez focuses on early stage technology startups, deploying initial ticket sizes between €50,000 and €100,000 with follow-on capabilities up to €500,000, utilizing a community investment model often compared to Kima Ventures. Recently appointed to the direction of the SUPER CAPITAL VC 4 fund in January 2025, his current focus remains on scaling European early stage investments while leveraging his prior background as a SaaS entrepreneur.
