Thomas A. De Bacco

Thomas De Bacco is a founding General Partner at Flyover Capital, an early stage venture capital firm based in Leawood, Kansas. Working alongside fellow Partner Keith Molzer, he directs pre-seed, seed, and Series A investments across agriculture technology, supply chain logistics, retail, financial services, and workforce innovation. De Bacco recently led a five million dollar seed funding round for Trially in September 2025 and directed a multi-million dollar seed investment in Champion during late 2024. His recent portfolio activity also includes participating in a four million dollar seed financing for Invary in February 2025, operating within an ecosystem that includes prominent entities like High Alpha, Techstars, and Andreessen Horowitz. His current investment strategy remains heavily focused on capitalizing early stage technology startups founded in the Midwest that are historically overlooked by traditional coastal venture capital networks.
