Thomas Bigagli

Thomas Bigagli is currently a Partner for EMEA Ventures at the venture capital firm Plug and Play. In this executive capacity, he directs early-stage venture capital investments ranging from the pre-seed to Series A stages across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa markets. He directly oversees a regional workforce of 300 employees distributed throughout more than 25 office locations to support portfolio company traction and secure subsequent funding rounds. His academic background includes earning a master's degree from ESADE, completing specialized coursework at Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi, and participating in an exchange program at Stanford Business School. Prior to his current leadership position, he developed expertise in venture capital and international business operations. Today, Bigagli maintains a primary focus on scaling regional investment operations and empowering early-stage technology startups to accelerate their commercial growth.
