Thomas Glocer

Thomas Glocer is the Founder and Managing Partner of Angelic Ventures, LP, a family office based in New York City, New York. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Thomson Reuters from 2008 to 2011 and as the CEO of Reuters Group PLC from 2001 to 2008. He currently holds several leadership positions, including Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of Capitolis Inc., Chairman of Istari Global Ltd., and Co-Founder of the cybersecurity firm BlueVoyant LLC, which he helped launch in 2017. Additionally, Glocer serves as the Independent Lead Director at Merck, a position he has held since 2007, sits on the board of Morgan Stanley, and holds a Juris Doctor degree from Yale Law School. His current investment focus centers on early-stage ventures operating within the financial technology, cyber defense, healthcare, and data analytics sectors.
