Thomas Stephens

Thomas Stephens is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Upfront, a climate technology company focused on clean energy retail. At Upfront, he leads strategic efforts to help commercial retailers sell clean energy products by integrating government and utility rebates directly into lower consumer pricing. Previously, Stephens served as a Launcher and General Manager at DoorDash, where he managed complex logistics and regional expansion operations. During his tenure at the major delivery platform, he accelerated the company's rapid expansion into United States suburbs and successfully launched its first international markets in Australia and Japan. He holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.
