Tiffany Joy Basse

Tiffany Joy Basse is the Managing Partner at OM Fund, an impact venture capital firm based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Alongside co-founder Shirin Hedayat, she directs the firm's investments in pre-seed startups, typically writing initial checks of $100,000 with plans for $1 million follow-on allocations. Her professional background spans 40 years in finance and wealth management, complemented by 35 years of entrepreneurial experience and two decades of angel investing.
