Tiffany Luck

Tiffany Luck is a Partner on the technology investing team at New Enterprise Associates based in New York. Before joining NEA in 2023, she served as a Partner at GGV Capital, where she led investments in enterprise software startups such as Pinwheel, Mindee, and Stream. Earlier in her career, Luck worked on the Technology Investment Banking team at Morgan Stanley, advising prominent technology companies including GitHub, Netflix, and Zoom on strategic financial transactions. She also held marketing and business development positions at Amazon and Forbes, and she earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia alongside a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School. Currently serving on the board of multimodal artificial intelligence company Twelve Labs, her investment focus remains centered on early-stage artificial intelligence, application programming interfaces, and B2B SaaS platforms.
