Tim Foote

Tim Foote is currently a Managing Partner at Apex Ventures in New York City, where he directs early-stage technology investments across multiple sectors. He previously served as a Principal at Andreessen Horowitz, managing a $500 million portfolio dedicated exclusively to enterprise software and artificial intelligence startups. Before transitioning into venture capital, Foote spent four years as a Senior Product Manager at Google, leading a 15-person engineering team to develop scalable cloud infrastructure products. He began his professional career as an early strategic operations employee at Stripe, directly contributing to the payment platform's initial market expansion across North America. Foote holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Ithaca College, and his current focus centers on identifying, funding, and scaling high-growth SaaS and fintech companies during their critical seed and Series A funding stages.
