Tim Lee

Tim Lee is the Co-founder of DimOrder, where he directly oversees the food technology startup's sales operations, corporate strategy, and overall business direction. Before transitioning into the technology sector as a serial entrepreneur, he built an early career in financial wealth management and previously operated both an independent cafe and a Japanese restaurant. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Warwick. In September 2025, he shared insights from his entrepreneurial journey as a featured speaker at the City University of Hong Kong during its Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talk Series. Outside of his professional endeavors, he is an avid tennis player and a dedicated follower of Formula 1 motor racing. Lee currently focuses on leveraging his dual background in hospitality management and finance to scale commercial food technology solutions for the modern restaurant industry.
