Tim Ringel

Tim Ringel is a serial entrepreneur and the current Global CEO of Meet The People, an international advertising group. Prior to establishing his current organization, he served as the head of Spring Studios and led Reprise Digital, the global digital agency network owned by IPG Mediabrands. Throughout his extensive executive career, Ringel has managed large-scale advertising businesses across the EMEA, APAC, LATAM, and U.S. markets, directly overseeing complex operations that encompassed more than 3,000 employees distributed across 68 global offices. Beyond his corporate leadership roles, he is an active industry participant who has delivered presentations at over 250 major events and institutions, including the United Nations, Cannes Lions, Google, and Facebook. His professional background centers on scaling international agency operations, building multinational teams, and driving strategic growth within the global marketing and advertising sectors.
