Tim Ryan

Tim Ryan is a Venture Partner at Interlock Capital, an early-stage venture capital firm that utilizes a community-driven investment model to support emerging technology companies. As a four-time startup founder with multiple exits, he leverages his entrepreneurial background to source, evaluate, and fund new ventures across the internet, fintech, health tech, media, and entertainment sectors. At Interlock Capital, which was established in 2020 by founders Al Bsharah and Neal Bloom, Ryan operates within a collaborative syndicate framework rather than as a traditional independent investor.
