Timo Fleig

Timo Fleig currently serves as the Managing Director at VR Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm where he oversees fund management and portfolio development. In this leadership capacity, he is responsible for managing two distinct venture capital funds that allocate capital primarily toward emerging startups in the construction technology, property technology, and financial technology sectors. Before transitioning into the venture capital industry, he built a foundational background in corporate and transaction consulting, advising various clients on complex international acquisitions and strategic financial transactions. His academic credentials include studying business administration at Freie Universität and Copenhagen Business School, and he has also earned the designation of a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder. Fleig leverages his transaction advisory experience to focus on scaling early-stage technology companies by facilitating regular, strategic exchanges between portfolio companies and institutional investors.
