Timothy Ryan

Timothy Ryan currently serves as the Head of Private Equity at MLC Asset Management, based in Sydney, Australia. In this executive capacity, he directly oversees a global alternative investment portfolio exceeding $3 billion, allocating capital across primary funds, direct co-investments, and secondary market transactions. Prior to his tenure at MLC, Ryan held senior portfolio management roles at National Australia Bank, evaluating mid-market corporate buyouts and growth equity opportunities. He began his financial services career executing cross-border mergers and acquisitions as an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs, following his graduation from the University of Sydney. Over his 20-year career in institutional asset management, he has directed capital into more than 50 distinct venture capital and private equity vehicles globally.
