Ting Louie

Ting Louie is the Managing Partner at Andra Capital and an Investor at Quest Venture Partners. Prior to these roles, he served as Senior Director of Investments and M&A at PwC and was a founding member of the Nasdaq Private Market team. His earlier financial career includes investment banking positions at Jefferies & Company and Deutsche Bank, alongside serving as Head of Corporate Finance at SharesPost. Throughout his career, Louie has advised on billions of dollars in mergers, acquisitions, private placements, and initial public offerings, while maintaining FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses. He earned an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business and a BA in Economics from Occidental College. His professional background is anchored in venture capital and private market investments across the internet, digital media, and software sectors.
