TJ Nahigian

TJ Nahigian is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of Base10 Partners, a venture capital firm based in San Francisco, California. Before establishing Base10, he co-founded the mobile recruitment platform Jobr, which he scaled to millions of users prior to its acquisition by Monster. Nahigian previously served as an investor at Coatue Management, where he launched the firm's private investing practice and led investments in prominent technology companies including Snap, Lyft, and Wish. His earlier career includes investment roles at Accel Partners and Summit Partners, contributing to a track record where his teams have built enterprises valued at over $3 billion and realized more than $3 billion in returns. He currently focuses on funding technology startups that automate real economy sectors, while directing fifty percent of his investment gains toward scholarships for underrepresented university students.
