Toby Morning

Toby Morning is the Founder and CEO of Rely Ventures and an active angel investor based in San Francisco, California. With over 24 years of experience in the technology sector, he has been executing early-stage investments since 1999 and has built a portfolio encompassing more than 45 startup companies. Through Rely Ventures, he manages an investment syndicate comprising over 500 limited partners, directing capital toward underrepresented founders and emerging technology enterprises. Prior to his current investment activities, Morning established Citizen Space, an early coworking facility designed to support independent technology professionals and foster collaborative innovation. His recent transaction history includes participating in the pre-seed funding round for the delivery platform Tiggy in 2022. Morning currently focuses on deploying capital into early-stage ventures while leveraging his operational background in cloud technologies, DevOps, and lean product development.
