Todd Carpenter is the Senior Vice President of Industry Relations at Styldod Inc., where he leads the company's North American market entry and focuses on artificial intelligence applications for property listing photos. Previously, he served as the Director of Strategic Investments at Second Century Ventures and managed data analytics for the National Association of REALTORS®, leading the Master Member Profile System. Carpenter began his career in the mortgage sector in 2000 and has since mentored over 300 property technology startups across the broader real estate industry. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the Real Estate Standards Organization and acts as a mentor at Moderne Ventures.
