Todd Cozzens is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Transformation Capital, a healthcare-focused growth equity firm based in Boston, Massachusetts. Before establishing the firm in 2015, he served as a healthcare partner at Sequoia Capital and held senior executive roles at Optum, including CEO of Accountable Care Solutions. His operating career includes co-founding and serving as CEO of Picis, which UnitedHealth Group acquired in 2010, and leading Marquette Medical Systems to an IPO and subsequent $800 million acquisition by GE. As an investor, Cozzens has directed capital into prominent digital health companies, serving on the boards of Natera, Health Catalyst, and ZirMed, which Bain Capital acquired for over $800 million. He recently raised a $500 million second fund to continue his focus on scaling early- and growth-stage healthcare information technology and services businesses.
