Todd Jackson is a West Coast-based Partner at First Round Capital, where he focuses on early-stage investments and product strategy. Before joining the venture firm, he served as an Associate Product Manager at Google, scaling Gmail from its beta phase to 200 million users, and later worked as a Product Manager for Facebook's Newsfeed. In 2013, he founded the Android application Cover, which acquired over 2 million users without paid marketing before being purchased by Twitter in 2014. Following his tenure as Director of Product Management at Twitter, he operated as Vice President of Product and Design at Dropbox from 2015 through its 2018 initial public offering. Holding bachelor's and master's degrees in computer science from Stanford University, Jackson currently leverages his product leadership experience to help more than 75 early-stage founders navigate product-market fit methodologies.
