Tom Callaway

Tom Callaway is the President and Founder of Life Science Partner and a Venture Partner at HealthQuest Capital. Since establishing Life Science Partner in 2002, he has directed executive recruitment for biotechnology, medical device, and healthcare commercialization organizations. Previously, Callaway served as a Partner in Health Technologies at Korn/Ferry International and worked in executive search at Russell Reynolds. His earlier corporate career includes serving as Director of Commercial Development at SyStemix and developing PCR diagnostics marketing strategies for Roche Molecular Systems. Equipped with both an MD and an MBA, he also co-founded Georgia Venture Partners and currently serves on the board of directors for Southeast Life Sciences. Today, Callaway focuses on leveraging his clinical and business expertise to support talent acquisition and venture funding across growth-stage medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare IT, and consumer healthcare sectors.
