Tom Kineshanko

Tom Kineshanko is a Canada-based tech executive and investor currently serving as a Venture Partner at LOI Venture. In this role, he advises on pre-seed and seed-stage investments for the firm's inaugural $20 million fund, which targets Canadian founders under the age of 30. The fund operates in partnership with the League of Innovators and was launched alongside notable entrepreneurs including Hootsuite founder Ryan Holmes and New Avenue Capital founder Manny Padda. Kineshanko helped facilitate the fund's initial investments following its first close of over one-third its target in January 2022, which included backing the startup WFHomie. Prior to his venture capital activities, he gained operational experience as an executive at Filament Health. His current focus remains on identifying and scaling early-stage technology companies while leveraging his domain expertise in the health and biotechnology sectors.
