Tom Monahan

Tom Monahan is the current CEO of Heidrick & Struggles and Managing Partner of Norton Street Holdings. Previously, he served as President and CEO of DeVry University starting in August 2020, and as Executive Chairman of ProKarma from May 2019 until its acquisition by Concentrix in 2022. His extensive executive track record includes direct involvement in Gartner’s $2.6 billion acquisition of CEB in 2016. Additionally, Monahan has held corporate governance positions on the boards of TransUnion, Workforce Logiq, Winsight, and Convergys, while also contributing commentary to publications like Harvard Business Review and Fortune. He holds an AB in English from Harvard University and an Executive MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business. His current focus centers on global leadership advisory, executive search, and corporate governance across the technology, higher education, and digital services sectors.
