Tom Sargeant

Tom Sargeant is a Partner and the Head of Investor Relations for Asia and the Middle East at Bain Capital. With two decades of experience in investment management, he previously served as the Director of International Product Development at Tudor Capital. Before that, he worked as an Executive Director in the Hedge Fund Strategies Group at Goldman Sachs Asset Management and began his financial career in the firm's Investment Banking Division. In his current capacity, he also serves on Bain Capital Credit's European Risk and Oversight Committee and holds a seat on the Board of Directors for Bain Capital Investments Europe Limited. He holds a Master of Arts from Oxford University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder. His professional background centers on institutional asset management, hedge fund strategies, and driving investor relations across global markets.
