Tom Yang

Tom Yang is the Founder of Kestroll, an artificial intelligence-powered media asset management platform based in San Francisco, California. Before launching his current venture, he built a large student-run startup accelerator in Boston and subsequently co-founded an artificial intelligence language tutor during his senior year of college. Following his undergraduate studies, Yang gained early-stage operational experience by working in a founding sales role for a seed-stage technology startup backed by Y Combinator. He later established Kestroll alongside co-founder Benjamin Skinner to develop a two-person enterprise that organizes video, photo, and audio files for production teams utilizing industry-standard editing software like Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve. Drawing on his prior background as an experienced videographer, Yang currently focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence to streamline complex media search and organization workflows for modern creative professionals.
