Toni Alejandria

Toni Alejandria is a Principal at Preface Ventures and an active investor at Unanimous Capital and Rackhouse Ventures. Prior to her current venture capital roles, she worked extensively in marketing, experience design, and community building at prominent organizations including Summit Series, Zenreach, and Tilt. At Preface Ventures, she is directly responsible for cultivating limited partner and portfolio company communities while directing investments into the firm's Ascent companies. Her ecosystem development work has spanned the United States, South America, and the Middle East, focusing heavily on executive engagement, hiring acceleration, and fundraising support. Additionally, she co-founded The Yearn and Tilgoni Experiences to further facilitate global founder networks. Alejandria's current focus centers on leveraging platform team development and community-driven venture strategies to connect early-stage founders with essential capital, strategic networks, and operational expertise.
