Tony Pandjiris

Tony Pandjiris is a Senior Portfolio Manager at Avenue Capital Group, where he jointly directs the investment activities of the Avenue Growth Lending Strategy. With over two decades of experience in technology and energy tech financing, he specializes in executing debt and equity investments for growth-stage companies. Prior to his current position, Pandjiris served as a Managing Director in both the Technology and Energy Technology groups at Hercules Capital. His earlier career includes working as a Vice President in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions at Morgan Stanley, alongside technology banking roles at UBS Investment Bank and Comdisco Ventures. He earned a Bachelor of Arts cum laude in Economics from Vanderbilt University in 1998 and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan in 2005. Pandjiris currently focuses on structuring venture debt and managing technology investment portfolios.
