Tracy Dooley

Tracy Dooley is a physician and healthcare investor currently serving as a Partner at Avestria Ventures. She earned a Bachelor of Science in biomedical engineering from the University of Southern California and a Doctor of Medicine from Stanford Medical School. Prior to her venture capital career, Dooley worked in healthcare mergers and acquisitions before joining Novartis Diagnostics as Chief of Staff to the President, where she directed global operations and developed the division's innovation pipeline. She has also advised early-stage startups and established digital health programs, collaborating with organizations such as the Novartis Digital Accelerator Lab and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Additionally, she serves as a member of the Women's Health Executive Committee at Springboard Enterprises. Dooley focuses her investments and advisory work on digital health, medical device commercialization, and early-stage healthcare innovation.
