Tripti Thakur

Tripti Thakur is a Partner at Emmeline Ventures based in New York City, New York, where she focuses on seed and Series A investments in enterprise software, artificial intelligence, and healthtech. Before joining the firm in September 2023, she served as an investor at Bain Capital Ventures and worked as an operator at Square. Throughout her venture capital career, Thakur has backed more than 20 early-stage companies and facilitated several notable portfolio acquisitions by major multinational technology corporations. In March 2025, she led an $8 million seed funding round for an artificial intelligence hiring platform. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Thakur currently concentrates on partnering with underrepresented founders to build transformative enterprise SaaS, financial technology, and digital health startups.
