Trond Arne Undheim

Trond Arne Undheim is a Venture Partner at Antler based just outside of Boston. Prior to his current venture capital role, he served as the CEO and co-founder of Yegii, a specialized search engine for industry professionals, and held corporate executive positions at WPP and Oracle. Undheim previously directed the MIT Startup Exchange, taught as a Senior Lecturer at the MIT Sloan School of Management, and operated as a designated European Union National Expert. Throughout his career spanning academia and enterprise technology, he has directly helped launch more than 50 startups and authored three books, including Disruption Games and Pandemic Aftermath. He earned a doctorate from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and completed research as a visiting associate at UC Berkeley. Undheim currently focuses on early-stage technology innovation, artificial intelligence applications, and venture capital development.
