Troy Osinoff

Troy Osinoff is the Chief Growth Officer at ONAR, a General Partner at the $40 million MAGIC Fund, and a co-founder of both Zurp and JUICE, currently based in New York. Before joining ONAR in September 2025 following its acquisition of JUICE, he served as the Head of Customer Acquisition at BuzzFeed and the Director of Digital Marketing at Watsco, Inc. Under his executive leadership, the digital marketing agency JUICE ranked number 105 on the Inc. 5000 list and secured the seventh overall position in the advertising sector. He previously founded the media platform MakeAGIF and has held strategic advisory roles at technology companies including Synthesia Technologies and Dovetale. His current focus centers on scaling consumer fintech platforms, managing early-stage startup investments, and executing digital growth strategies across the broader technology sector.
