Tyler Norwood

Tyler Norwood is the Managing Partner for the United States at Antler, where he directly oversees the firm's domestic growth and geographic expansion. Joining the early-stage venture capital firm in 2017 as its fifth full-time employee, he directed efforts to scale its accelerator model and support ambitious founders globally. Previously, he served as Global Head of Business Development at Global Fashion Group, launching a marketplace across 21 countries and assisting with its 2017 Frankfurt IPO. His earlier operational experience includes roles as Interim Head of Marketplace at Jabong, which sold for $70 million in 2016, and Head of Marketplace Vietnam at Zalora, following his business administration studies at Appalachian State University. A founding member of the Texas Venture Alliance, Norwood currently focuses on early-stage venture capital investments, hands-on startup building, and emerging green technology.
