Tyler Sosin

Tyler Sosin is a Board Partner at Menlo Ventures, where he specializes in early-stage investments across tech-enabled services and products. He previously served as an Analyst and Principal at the firm, following a three-year tenure from 2010 to 2013 as an Associate at Accel Partners in London. Sosin holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Stanford University. His extensive venture capital portfolio includes prominent technology companies such as Carta, BlueVine, Everlaw, HomeLight, BitPay, and PillPack, which was successfully acquired by Amazon. Additionally, during his time at Accel Partners, he sourced early investments in GoCardless, FlyWire, and Aorato prior to its eventual sale to Microsoft. Today, his primary focus remains on category-agnostic businesses that feature annuity-like revenues, strong network effects, and data lock-in across workflow software, financial technology, transaction processors, and digital marketplaces.
