Tyler Steed

Tyler Steed is a Senior Associate on the deal team at Paladin Capital Group, a venture capital firm based in Washington, DC. Since joining the organization in October 2020, he has specialized in sourcing and executing early-stage investments that typically range from $100,000 to $5 million. Working alongside firm leadership, including Founder Michael Steed and Chief Investment Officer Christopher Steed, he supports a broader investment strategy that has completed more than 150 transactions to date. Prior to his current venture capital role, he gained operational industry experience working at the early-stage defense and cybersecurity startup RADICL, and he holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy. Steed currently directs his primary investment focus toward dual-use technologies, specifically targeting digital infrastructure resilience, critical infrastructure defense, and enterprise software solutions for both commercial and government markets.
