Tzahi Sultan

Tzahi Sultan is an Israeli capital markets executive serving as the Founding Partner at Almeda Ventures and Chairman of Discount Capital Underwriting. With over 25 years of financial experience, he previously founded Clal Finance Underwriting, leading hundreds of public and private offerings before its 2016 merger with Discount Capital. His earlier career includes executive positions such as Managing Director at HSBC, Chief Executive Officer of Gmul Sahar Underwriters, and Head of Underwriting at Poalim Capital Markets. Sultan also serves as an owner and director at Modiin Energy, a publicly traded firm on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and an MBA from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He currently focuses on directing HealthTech and digital health investments through his venture fund while continuing to oversee major capital market transactions and privatizations.
