Utsav Somani

Utsav Somani is the Managing Partner at AngelList India, a Partner at the micro-venture fund iSeed, and the Founder of the Offline founder community in India. Hired by Naval Ravikant to lead the platform's regional expansion, he worked with local regulators to launch AngelList's combined software and venture capital model in 2018. Under his leadership, the firm has become the country's most active seed investor, completing over 700 investments. Somani also manages approximately $100 million in combined assets across his iSeed and Galaxy funds, backing early technology startups such as BharatPe and CoinDCX. Additionally, his Offline network operates as a private membership organization for scaled-up technology executives, including co-founders from Zomato. Today, he remains focused on developing India's broader angel investment ecosystem by providing critical infrastructure and capital to early-stage technology founders.
