Valentina Rodriguez is a Partner at Wonder Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Los Angeles, California. She began her career in public markets finance at Morgan Stanley, where she worked in credit analytics across multiple sectors before transitioning to a trading role co-managing a $1.5 billion balance sheet. Rodriguez later led research for the bank's Latin American Equity Strategy team and served as the Chief Executive Officer of the consumer packaged goods company Cannaves Oliva. In 2024, she was elevated to her current partnership role by Managing Partner Dustin Rosen as the firm secured $102 million in commitments across a $57 million pre-seed vehicle and a $45 million opportunity fund.
