Vance Spencer

Vance Spencer is a Co-founder and Partner at Framework Ventures, a thesis-driven venture capital firm focused on early-stage blockchain and cryptocurrency investments. Before establishing his current venture firm, he built his corporate background by working in corporate strategy and business operations at Deloitte and within the Japan office of Netflix. Following these corporate roles, he transitioned into the digital asset space and collaborated with Michael Anderson to co-build and eventually sell Hashletes, a technology startup that created the first digital collectibles officially licensed by the NFLPA. At Framework Ventures, Spencer now specializes in providing strategic capital and critical infrastructural support to founders developing decentralized finance platforms and token-based networks. His current professional focus centers entirely on advancing cryptoeconomics, decentralized governance models, and the broader expansion of token-based ecosystems across the global digital asset sector.
