Varun Sridhar

Varun Sridhar is a Principal at Roo Capital based in New York, where he focuses on executing early-stage venture capital investments. Before assuming his current position, he served as an Investor at VMG Partners from November 2021 to 2024 and subsequently joined RTP Global in 2024. Earlier in his professional career, Sridhar worked as a Senior Associate at Revel Partners between September 2018 and November 2021, following his initial financial role as an Investment Banking Analyst at the Peter J. Solomon Company from 2017 to 2018. Over his nearly decade-long investing career, he has held Board Observer roles for a portfolio of eleven startup companies, including emerging technology brands like Ampla, Milk Moovement, Nowsta, and Weee!. Sridhar currently directs his investment focus toward early-stage technology enterprises specializing in B2B software, commerce infrastructure, and supply chain innovation.
