Vaughn Crowe

Vaughn Crowe is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at nvp capital, an early-stage venture firm based in Newark, New Jersey. He recently led an $80 million fundraise to invest up to $3 million each in 25 startups focused on B2B software and vertical AI. Previously, Crowe served as Managing Director at Wesray, the family office of Ray Chambers, investing across multiple stages and acting as Executive Chair for a $300 million consumer products company. Earlier in his career, he worked as a property and casualty underwriter and marketing manager at Chubb Insurance. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Colgate University and attended Harvard Business School. Crowe currently focuses on modernizing under-digitized industries like healthcare and financial services while managing a portfolio that recently surpassed $200 million in assets under management.
